Items for return or exchange must be returned to Fishing Poleholder, Inc. in salable condition. Returned items which Fishing Poleholder, Inc. deems, at its sole discretion, as damaged due to wear, misuse or negligent handling are not eligible for refund or exchange. Fishing Poleholder, Inc. is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during return transit, and we recommend that you return items using an insured carrier. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

Please note that you are responsible for postage and insurance on returned merchandise.

When returning an item, please:

Place it in its original packaging and shipping container.

Please include a copy of your invoice specifying the item you are returning or exchanging.
